In short

SpaceHora organizes school schedules. The user is responsible for entering accurate information and keeping their account secure.

1. Acceptance

By accessing or signing in to SpaceHora, you accept these Terms and the Privacy notice. If you use the service for an institution, you represent that you are authorized to do so.

2. The service

SpaceHora lets users record teachers, subjects, and blocks, view the agenda, and identify the class for a given day and time. Features may evolve in future versions.

3. Account and security

You must use an authorized account and keep your access methods under control. You are responsible for activity in your session. If you notice unrecognized access, sign out and contact support.

4. Information entered

You remain responsible for information you enter. You must have permission to record teacher names or email addresses and must not enter sensitive data that SpaceHora does not request.

5. Permitted use

You may not attempt to access third-party data, compromise security, interfere with the service, automate abuse, introduce malicious code, or use SpaceHora for unlawful purposes.

6. Accuracy and availability

SpaceHora helps organize information but does not replace official school notices. Users must verify schedules, changes, and rooms. We work to keep the service available, although maintenance, connectivity, or events outside our control may cause interruptions.

7. Intellectual property

The SpaceHora brand, interface, design, and software are protected by applicable law. These Terms do not transfer ownership rights in the product.

8. Suspension and termination

We may restrict an account due to abuse, security risk, or violation of these Terms. Users may stop using the service and delete their account under the published procedure.

9. Underage users

If a user is underage, use must be authorized and supervised by a parent, guardian, or responsible institution.
