Privacy notice

1. Controller and contact

SpaceHora is a product operated under the Dynappmos brand. For privacy questions or to exercise rights related to your data, email dynappmos@gmail.com.

2. Data we process

• Google or Apple identity: account identifier, name, email address, and profile picture when provided. Apple may provide a private relay email address.
• SpaceHora settings: display name, school name or title, and group.
• Schedule information: subjects, colors, days, start and end times, rooms, and blocks.
• Teacher information: name, email, and color entered by the user.
• Session and security: hashed session identifiers and basic technical access data such as date, IP address, browser, or device when present in server operation and security logs.

3. How we use data

• Create and recognize your account.
• Keep your information separate from other users.
• Save, organize, and display teachers, subjects, and schedules.
• Determine the current class and daily agenda using the device time.
• Maintain sessions, prevent unauthorized access, and diagnose failures.
• Handle support, privacy, and deletion requests.

4. Services involved

Google and Apple participate in sign-in depending on the option selected and apply their own authentication policies. Hosting infrastructure processes data only to operate the application. We may also disclose information when required by a valid legal obligation. We do not sell or rent personal information.

5. Retention and security

We retain account data while the account remains active or while needed to provide the service. We use HTTPS, random sessions stored as hashes, and ownership checks to prevent users from viewing or changing another user's data. No system is infallible, but we apply reasonable safeguards.

When an account is deleted, active data is deleted unless a legal obligation requires retention. Residual copies may remain temporarily in backups until replaced through their normal cycle.

6. Your choices and rights

You can correct some information in Settings, sign out, or request access, correction, and deletion from the email associated with your account. See Delete my account and data.

7. Underage users

SpaceHora is designed for school communities. Accounts used by minors must have authorization and supervision from a parent, guardian, or responsible institution under applicable law. SpaceHora does not request birth dates or use data for targeted advertising.

8. Changes to this notice

We may update this notice when features, providers, or legal requirements change. The updated date will appear at the top of this page.
