Delete my account and data

You can request complete deletion of your SpaceHora account. This is not the same as signing out and cannot be undone.

What will be deleted

Your SpaceHora profile, sessions, settings, group, teachers, subjects, and every schedule block associated with your user.

Delete from SpaceHora

  1. Sign in to SpaceHora.
  2. Open Settings.
  3. Select Delete my account and data.
  4. Read the warning and confirm Delete my account. The account and active data are deleted immediately.

If you cannot access the application

Send the request from the email associated with your SpaceHora account. If you used Apple private relay, include that address in your request; you do not need to disclose your personal email. We will verify your identity and process deletion within 30 calendar days.

Request deletion by email

Data that may be retained temporarily

Residual copies may remain in backups during their normal replacement cycle, along with minimal information required by a valid legal obligation. Those copies are not used to operate a deleted account.

Before continuing

If you only want to leave this device, use “Sign out”; you do not need to delete your account. You can correct information in Settings or contact support.
